Unsupported JNLP version in launch file

One of our team cannot launch scrumworks pro and is getting the following error message

“Unsupported JNLP version in launch file: 6.0+. Only versions 1.0 and 1.5 are supported with this version. Please contact the application vendor to report this problem.”

What's the solution ?

What version of java are they using?

OpenJDK is not supported, so if they are using that they may need to switch to Oracle's Java 2 Development Kit.

Hi

We’ve had a few different problems with Scrumworks pro regarding what Java content it needs installed before Scrumworks pro will work.

Can you point me to some summary information that list out what Java features, files , etc, have to be installed ?

Is there some script available that checked the status of Java and reports if the various Java items that Scrumworks pro needs are correctly in place ?
