API support "polling" integrations, last change since X revision

I am working on integrating scrumworks pro and tfs..i couldn't find any options in tasks or backlog items or sprints to see the last time they have been modified by an user...Is it hidden somewher or is there any other way to find it?

Great question. We are currently in the process of re-writing our our API to support "polling" integrations like the one you outlined above. We will have methods to get the last change since X global revision number, so that you can easily determine deltas.

Sadly at this point the API does not support such queries. This will be available in SWP 4.4 toward the end of Q2.

Similar to this question (or answer), is there a way to get the last chance since X date? Or, perhaps get a list of RevisionInfo objects for all revisions in the system?

I'm trying to build a custom change tracking tool and I want to do something similar to the built-in change log where it shows changes for the last N days. I'm not sure how to go about this other than just grabbing progressively larger revision number ranges until the earliest change date is older than the date I need. This approach would get really ugly if I'm searching over a long period of time.
