Hi,
I’d like to get data regarding the number of users using the Scrumworks tool and how often each uses it.
For example, I’d like to be able to find out;-
How often each user has used the tool over the last few months
I'd like to be able to capture that data and put it into another document, perhaps Word, or Excel or something like those
Can you tell me how to do that ?
We’re using Scrumworks version 4.5.1

Currently we do not have a specific administration report that would do this for you directly.
The best I can suggest is that you look at the User manager within the desktop client, which will show recent usage, and compare that to the data from the Change Log in the reports section. The Change Log can be copied to the clip board and you may be able to use that data to get a better idea of how folks in your company are using the program.Comment -

Too bad the tool doesn't currently have that capability.
So.. for now, I'll have to contact Scrumworks users directly. So I need to create a mail list.
Could you tell me;-
Is there a simple feature or function that enables the full list of current users to be captured or copied and pasted into another application ?
From what I can see when I look in the User manager function, I cannot select all and copy, it only selects 1 at a time.
