Scrumworks service running - web page not accessible

I have installed a copy of scrumworks pro 5.1 on a vm running win server 2003 r2. The service is running, but when I go to http://localhost:8080/scrumworks I get a 404 not found.

I also have a copy of VisualSVN running (as a mirror to a collabnet svn server) on the same machine using apache 2.0.6.

Any ideas on how I can get scrumworks running in the web browser?

    Additional info: I have reinstalled scrumworks with the same results. Apache was already on the machine. The scrumworks install did a lot of downloading that looked like it was addressing what I see in the log.

    The server log contains:

    It looks like your install was corrupted.

    Trying doing an "offline" install. Please place the install file in a folder with the files found here: http://www.danube.com/docs/scrumworks...

    Then run the installer. This will bypass the installers need for network access.

    Be sure to fully uninstall all previous copies of Scrumworks before reinstalling. Or try this on a separate test machine.
