There may be a problem with Scrumworks pro version 5.1.
When using the desktop client
When you select;- ‘ manage logged-in uses ‘
The tool only displays users that are logged in using the desktop client. It fails to display the users that are currently logged in using the web client.
Previous versions of the tool correctly displayed users using either of the two clients.

Acknowledged. We were able to reproduce this defect. I will slate a fix for our next release (early February). Please contact support by email and reference this thread if you have further questions or concerns.
