Scrumworks Pro License Issue

Hi, I requested for free permanent license (for less than 10 users) during mid of december 2011 and I received one nearly after 15 working day. Mean time, I was informed that setting up scrumworks pro in server will taken care by system admin and so I didn't downloaded the permanent key provided to me. And it seems sys admin too requested for permanent license on Jan 3 and after all these day there was no response.. Now I again tried to access the link of permanent license but it shows license/page got expired.. And our company sys admin has also sent a mail regarding this conflict to the sales team but again there is no response.. I have a doubt since two person from same company requesting for free permanent license would be an issue.. Please help me out to get free permanent license..
