ScrumWorks Pro installer keeps complaining about httpclient library being wrong or missing

The server on which I'm installing ScrumWorks Pro doesn't have any internet connection. So as stated by the installer I've downloaded the packages that the installer depends on from http://danube.com/scrumworks/pro/inst... and placed them in the same directory as the setup executable.

I keep getting the following error message though:

----
"One or both of the components of the required library "Apache Commons HttpClient 3.1" is missing or appears to be different than expected. For more information about HttpClient, please visit http://commons.apache.org/httpclient.

To download HttpClient now, click "Accept" and then "Next" below.
Alternatively, cancel the installation process now and download the HttpClient components manually."
----

I've tried downloading the files several times, from different locations (inside and outside of the company's network to avoid possible proxy errors) but I keep getting that error.

Also note that the website "http://commons.apache.org/httpclient" which is in the error message, doesn't exist anymore. Atleast it results in a 404 on my side.
