I’m frustrated

ScrumWorks Pro additional licence purchase - HOW?

I am trying to purchase 5 licences of ScrumWorks Pro with the Platinum package (hosted on our own servers). And for the life of me I cannot find a way to do this. I've even called and left messages for various sales people with no luck. Can someone help please? Is there a link I missed somewhere?
