@scrumworks keeps telling me "Backlog Item ranks can't be 0", but I have no clue what to do next.

Hi Scrumnl,

Which version of ScrumWorks are you currently running?

I ran through some historical cases and I could only find one instance of this having occurred. It looks like it was fixed by upgrading the version of ScrumWorks from 4.2 to 4.3. If you are on a version prior to 4.3 upgrading may resolve the issue.

  Unfortunately I am only able to find one recorded case of this happening, and the resolution required a fix by the development group to resolve.
  
  Looking over that previous case it looks like the issue was centered around a specific release having an issue. You may be able to create a new release, and create Backlog Items within that release as a work around.
