I’m frustrated

ScrumWorks Basic Product window does not paint its contents

ScrumWorks basic client running under Linux does not paint the contents of the main Product window. However, the Sprint details window works fine.
In the main product view, after selecting one of the menus, the window does actually paint the content under the drop-down menu after the menu disappears.
I'm running Ubuntu 9.10 with KDE 4.3 desktop (but tried a GNOME session as well with similar results). My JVM is Sun Java6 (1.6.0_15).

This is an issue I know will occur on GNOME, but this is the first time I have heard of it on KDE. You might try an older version of the KDE desktop. Unfortunately I don't have a whole lot to offer aside from that.
