acessing the URL directly from the ScrumWorks server, and access it directly using
http://localhost:8080/scrumworks/
It works. When I acess the same URL from the client it say server can't be found.
Do i have to configure anything if i have to acess the URL from any client machine

You need to replace localhost with the name of the server that ScrumWorks is installed to.
"Localhost" is an alias for the address 127.0.0.1, an address that always indicates the local computer. This is the address that a computer can use to refer to itself.
