RecoverAtomicAction: transaction not activated, unable to replay phase 2 commit

There was a server harddisk write problem and after that the scrumworks server got the following in the server log:
WARN [com.arjuna.ats.arjuna.logging.arjLoggerI18N] [com.arjuna.ats.arjuna.recovery.RecoverAtomicAction_4] - RecoverAtomicAction: transaction not activated, unable to replay phase 2 commit.

After that the Sprints was empty and the WARN keep coming in the log.
Has anyone a proposal to a solution ?

My environment:
Server:
Ubuntu 10.04.1 LTS Server + ScrumWorks Pro
Client:
windows 7 pro + SUN jre 1.6

    Normally in a case like this I tend to recommend reinstalling Scrumworks and restoring to the most up to date database backup prior to the incident, to prevent any corruption from spreading.

    Are you using the Hypersonic or MySQL version of Scrumworks?

    If a restore/reinstall is not an option, and you are using MySQL you might be able to have a MySQL admin take a look at the database to see if there is anything repairable. But that is often problematic and not always feasible depending on how bad the corruption is.
