I am the Development Manager that uses Scrumworks Pro (v4.2.1) to track User Stories for 12 Scrum Product teams. All teams have similar sprint cycles and each of the products are working towards 4-weekly Program level release trains.
What would really benefit me is to show all the stakeholders what is going to be released on a certain date. I can generate web reports for every product for each monthly release, however to get the big picture this involves generating 144 reports for the year!
What I would love is a Programme level report that shows the status of all User Stories scheduled for a release (that could be filtered by Theme). Is this in planning?

Hi Cyberchilli,
Currently this is mostly possible, except for the theme filtering.
The Program level Release Burndown by Date report was designed for this.
The documentation goes into detail about how this report works: http://danube.com/docs/scrumworks/pro...
In your case, I believe you would need to have all of the teams, across all of the products, working on the same Program Level Release to get the report you are looking for. -

Maybe I wasn't clear. The report should show the scope for the release, rather than the burndown of work remaining. Basically a "Product Backlog Items" report across multiple products.

Ahh ok.
Would an upgrade to Web Reports to be cross Product do the trick? -

Cool, I will check our backlog. This is something I was discussing with the product owner not too long ago, not sure if it is something that is going to make it's way into the next release yet or not.

Just spoke with the product owner about this. It is definitely at the top of the wish list. It doesn't look like it will make it into this upcoming release, but he is going to try to shoehorn it into the Q4 release.

That's great news. One of the things that I missed when moving from JIRA to Scrumworks was the ability to look at all product sprint burndowns in a single view (to see which teams may need some additional support). It sounds like cross-product web reports could potentially solve this issue also.
