Product based web reports

Hi,

Can we make a change to the management of the web reports so that they aren't tied to a particular user, but rather the product?

This could possibly be setup by someone using a checkbox to attach it to the product, rather than being a personal web report.

The primary reason for this suggestion is that people come and go, but the product lives on. It's somewhat annoying to have to resend a new batch of reports due to the person leaving.
