There seems to appear duplicate keys in Scrumworks Pro in some cases when importing items by execel import in to relase or when dragging and dropping items from one product to another.I have not been able to reproduce this myself but I have seen several cases where this has happened.
Mostly everything seems to work despite the duplicate keys, but you cannot have open items with same key at the same time in PBI editor.

Hi Milja,
I have have been digging through old cases and there is only one situation that we know this can occur, it has to do with some specific unsupported actions taken directly with the MySQL database. I will email you the old case, I think it may be why you are getting these duplicates.
Also, could you tell me which version of ScrumWorks this issue is occurring on? The team is also looking into this and will need to know.Comment -

I just received word that this was fixed in release 4.4.
