On customer behalf: Access to ScrumWorks Pro
We recently had our new license file and software version updated and the user name/password we had for our Administration login is not working. How do we get that reset? Thanks!

If you have been locked out of your default Global Administrator Account, and trying the original default password and login is not working then it may have to be manually reset.
What version of Scrumworks are you using, and is it the Hypersonic or MySQL version? -
