What versions of Scrumworks and TeamForge are you using?

Well, I can tell you that to link SWP 5.0 to TF 6.1 you must have the most recent release of the CCF connector to work.
However I do not have a list of CCF version numbers, as it is our sales engineers who normally setup a SWP/TF link. I would suggest you submit this as a ticket to our support portal found here:
http://www.open.collab.net/support/lo...
This way we can make sure this is addressed for you. -

We are using the version CCF 1.5.1 which is the most recent release.

Adam,
This was just suggested over on the other forum, in case you are unable to access the post link I sent you directly:
"This is a known bug when trying to map SWP projects with a TF 6.1 server.
There is a fix available on the dev build site:
http://ccf.open.collab.net/dev-builds
If you update the Eclipse instance from this site, it will fix the problem.

The link he posted may have issues, I am looking into finding an alternate link if that one fails for you.

I have an update from the CCF group, I misunderstood the previous link, here is what they said:
"The URL is for the Eclipse update location. You need to download/install through Eclipse.
Help -> Install New Software...
Add...
Location: http://ccf.open.collab.net/dev-builds
Then select all the available items." -

Did you attempt to access the links via Eclipse?
