When I select ' manage logged-in users' , and I look at the list of logged in users, I see the same user’s name on several different rows.
Why is that ?
Why are those various rows showing different "last activity" numbers against the same user's name ?

Typically that is caused by users not logging out, or by logging in at multiple locations.
It doesn't really cause an issue usually, unless you have one of the old concurrent licenses.Comment -

Could this cause either the scrumworks web client or desktop client on running systems to slow down?
