JBOSS Webserver error after installation

Hi I recently installed Scrumworks pro on a windows 2008 Server and it was working. However someone installed Team City on to the server which stopped scrumworks from loading up. I uninstalled it and re-installed but it still will not work, I uninstalled Team City. re-installed scrumworks and it still doesn't work. extract of server log below. Looks to me that the JBOSS webserver is screwed. However I don't know much about Jboss.
