I upgraded SWP5.0 to 5.1 but the licence downloaded doesn't work.
I had a permanent free 10 user licence (using version 5.0) and I decided to upgrade to version 5.1. I did that (was a bit surprised that it created a new service and didn't delete the old one, but I can live with that) but when I tried to enter the licence downloaded from your site it gives me this message: "The installed licence is invalid."
What can I do?

Please E-mail me at Mlovell@collab.net with the Company name and SWPXXXXXXX number listed in your license and I can see if we can repair or replace it for you. Normally the License should work between the versions but we can certainly check to make sure there is nothing wrong with the license itself.
If the License proves to be Ok we can proceed with troubleshooting from there. -
