Clear your Java Web Start Cache of the ScrumWorks Basic and ScrumWorks Pro applications:
1. Launch the WebStart Cache Viewer: http://danube.com/docs/scrumworks/pro...
2. Select any ScrumWorks entries in the Applications view and delete them
3. Clear all ScrumWorks related entries in the Resources view.
Once the cache is clear, load the ScrumWorks Desktop Client again from the launch page and your problem should be resolved.

hmoeller December 16, 2009 13:15This problem again occurs on upgrade from v4.1.0 to v4.2.0. I'd very much appreciate a solution since I don't really like to tell each and every user of the desktop client how to resolve after an update. By the way: This is the second time that I encountered a breaking problem after an upgrade of ScrumWorks. That's annoying.EditDeleteRemove
