How do I prevent the ScrumWorks Pro Web Client from creating multiple tasks or impediments automatically?

This is a bug in ScrumWorks Pro releases 2.0 - 2.3, and only the Internet Explorer browser. It can occur immediately after switching either Products or Sprints in the web client. For example, if a user is viewing Product X and then switches to Product Y and then creates a new task, it is likely multiple tasks will result.

To resolve the issue simply hit refresh immediately after you "switch" Products or Sprints.

This issue is resolved in version 3.0 of ScrumWorks Pro.
This issue does not occur when using Mozilla Firefox.
