Failure to upgrade to 5.1.0 from 4.5.1

I have had two issues trying to upgrade to 5.1.0 from 4.5.1

1. all the downloads that are called out from the setup.sh script failed. the connection to the server timed out. I hade to do them by hand from a browser. I got all the ones called out in the script

2. Everything went well until the very end and the setup.sh script said I have db issues. told me to go look tne the scrumworks-5.1.0/upgrader/scrumworks-updater.log and the last line shows

I can't see anyting wrong

Any clues
