Estimate History Annotation

I'd like to be able to add an annotation to the estimate history for a task.

This could be done and shown on the estimate history view for the Sprint. I'd like to be able to explain why a new estimate is either higher or lower or even when on track. It would help to explain where you are during the sprint and especially help during the sprint review.

Currently the task description can be updated with notes, but it would be more accurate to be able tie the description to the estimate.
