Error when trying to start Scrumworks after server was restarted
When i try to start my project i get an error message and the project do not start. The error message is "com.danube.scrumbag.client.exception.ServerException: The session is closed. What shall i do?

If this issue is occurring for everyone using ScrumWorks it can indicate an issue with the server, often restarting the ScrumWorks service, or possibly the server itself can resolve the issue.
If the issue is occurring for just one or a few users then clearing the java cache may resolve the problem. This Topic has instructions for doing just that.
Please let me know how it goes. -

Hi, got the same problem on ScrumWorks Basic since this morning.
I tried to clear the java cache following the instuctions but still the same message : ""com.danube.scrumbag.client.exception.ServerException: The session is closed".
Is there a way to solve this ?

Hi, it's me again.
I repeat the instructions 3 or 4 times (e.g. clearing the java cache) and it finally works.

Hi Henry,
I am not sure I understand your question. At Danube, we do not administrate ScrumWorks servers. If your ScrumWorks server needs resetting you may want to speak with your systems administrator.
