We are currently running Scrumworks pro (ver 5.1) and have scores of existing users. Each user is assign a licence from the limited quantity set by the purchasing agreement.
We have now purchased an additional quantity of licences and have received the new licence key
Will installing the new licence key have any impact or effect existing users ?
Will installing it remove or alter the existing allocation of existing licences to existing users ?
Where in the documentation is the step by step information about upgrading or changing from an existing licence key to another one ?

No, there should be no issue with the existing accounts. After you install the new license with the larger total, what you should see in the user manager is a new total of available account slots versus the current amount,
Also to change the license just use the Set License option in the File section of the desktop clients main menu.
