Yes, this can be achieved from the "Sprint Detail Window". This window is used to track Sprint level details such as the progress of individual tasks mid-sprint. To open the Sprint Detail Window, double click any of the red sprint bars in the "Sprints by Team" section of the Product window (Desktop Client).

By default, the ScrumWorks Pro Sprint Detail window hides historical task estimate data and displays only the most current "Hours Left" for a given task. To show the estimate history, check the box "Show Estimate History". The table view will change to display a column for each day of the sprint. User should scroll horizontally to see the complete data set. Numbers correspond to a specific task's historical estimate for the given day. Blank fields indicate no change.

To back-date a historical estimate, double click the desired date/task field and adjust the existing estimate or create a new estimate. Note, back-dating of historical task estimates is function that requires explicit role based permission (or Administrator status).

In this view you can also sort by Point Person, so it would be quite simple to note, at a glance, which team members have updated their hours and which team members may be impeded without speaking up about it (e.g., hovering on the same task day-after-day).

More detail on this view can be found in the documentation:
