On the SW Pro desktop client (4.3.0), the search option is incremental, which is usually pretty nice, but sometimes not so much.
In our case, we use both Gemini (a ticket tracking system) and Scrumworks, so we have many SW backlog items and tasks with Gemini ticket numbers in them. Many of these ticket numbers share digits with Scrumworks backlog item numbers. For example, I start to search for "5991", get as far as typing "5" in the search box, and SW has highlighted the first BLI with a 5 in it. By the time I get to 5991, there are no matches.
The problem with this is that sometimes the first match of an intermediate search takes me to a different release, or a different sprint, or a different team's list of sprints, and by the time I've finished typing in the whole search term, my view is completely different than it was (different team's sprints open, different set of releases open).
I'd like to either disable incremental search (start the search when I press enter), or get SW to somehow arrange to retain my current view if I end up with no matches. Perhaps it could restore my initial view every time I type a new character or something.
Ideas / suggestions?

I have occasionally had the incremental search interrupt my search and jump focus to another pane when it finds a result, and this stops me from being able to type the whole search phrase in. In general, I would be happy to have incremental search turned off.
