You will want to try getting onto the system that has ScrumWorks Basic installed on it, then attempting to access it from that system using http://localhost:8080/scrumworks/
If you can access it that way, then you have some sort of network issue halting access to the system. If not, you might find some clues as to what is going wrong in the log file located at:

Had this problem myself.
As Caleb Brown said you might find some clues as to what is going wrong in the log file.
Mine very simply stated: java.net.BindException: Address already in use: JVM_Bind:8080
That clearly showed that port 8080 was the problem. Using simple network monitoring software http://www.nirsoft.net/utils/cports.html I found that MSSQL Reporting Server had that port occupied. Stopped that server and poof! Problem solved. -

1Hi Hama,
In case you haven't found it yet you can also just change the port that ScrumWorks Pro runs on, this topic talks about it: http://community.danube.com/danube/to...
With Basic I am not 100% sure if this is applicable, I have never tried to change the port there. But it isn't uncommon that our Pro users need to use this information to resolve port conflicts. -
