I have been reading the book "User Stories Applied: For Agile Software Development" by Mike Cohn, pub Addison-Wesley. and in this there is a rather nice idea described as 'triangulation' for estimates which I can see being helpful within ScrumWorks.
What it involves is grouping together backlog items by estimate size. For example a list with all the items estimated as 2, next to a list with all the "3" items and so on. The intent being that this makes it easy to see if estimates are consistent across multiple tasks and if necessary to correct them.
