Ability to get users product assignments through SOAP API

Hi

We need quite often information about
- list of users assigned to products
- roles of users for certain product

Now we get this information by using mysql queries but it is bit clumsy so preferred way would be getting this info through SOAP API. Do you this would be doable in the near future?
